RAAMC INTRANET SITE

By now you would have gathered that this intranet site is being revamped and updated. Over the next few weeks it will be progressively overhauled and made more user friendly. In the meantime if you have any photographs or other items you wish published please email them to me. Please insure that the photos are adequately described and those who are featured, are named (after you have received their permission to have their image published). Pictures with patients being treated (ADF and Coalition Forces) should not show the face of the patient. I am aware that the RAAMC Official Internet Site is also out of date and it will also be updated in the very near future. In the meantime, if you haven't visited the RAAMC Unofficial Website at www.raamc.com.au. I urge you to do so. It is updated regularly by yours truly and contains multi-media which is not available on this Comweb Site. It is best viewed on your home PC. I have put a link to the webmaster below for those who wish to contribute to the site. Please do not send restricted items. If in doubt refer it to your Unit Security Officer.

2009 RAAMC ANNUAL CORPS SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE DUE NOW!
RAAMC Corps Funds are now due. Corps Funds benefit members of the RAAMC in many ways, in particular welfare and esprit-de-corps issues that are not funded by Defence. Recently a former member died in WA and the Corps Fund provided a reef to give an example. REMEBER RAAMC CORPS FUNDS ARE TAX DEDUCTABLE!!
NEW RAAMC CORPS ASSOCIATION INTERNET SITE www.raamc.com.au
An Internet Site for the Association of the Royal Australian Army Medical Corps has now been established to provide a linkage between the Veteran Community and serving personnel of the Corps.
The site contains past and recent history of the Corps with many useful links to websites that are relevant to the RAAMC. The site is best viewed from your home PC as many of the items published on the site contains media such as YouTube which are restricted on Comweb.
