Frontline Defence Services (FDS) operate mobile food vans, small food outless and bulk alcohol distribution on Lavarack Barracsk. The Lavarack Manager is Ms Nikki Harvey who is located in an office to the rear of the Tom Daly Mess Complex.

All alcohol purchased on lavarack Barracks is to be purchased through Frontline Defence Services which is a Defence Organisation. It is the organisation resposnible for the purchase from commercial operators.
