1st Brigade and Darwin Charity Fun Run

Due to high demand, the cost of entering the 1 Brigade and Darwin charity fun run on Saturday 02 May 09 has changed from $15 to just $10. However, there will be no T Shirts presented to participants because people have asked if they can enter later than the 18 April cut off date, which is the date T Shirts need to be booked. Therefore the registration deadline has been extended until 01 May 2009. |
On Saturday 02 May 2009, members of the 1st Brigade in conjunction with Darwin City Council will be conducting a charity Fun Run to raise money for Legacy and Cancer research.
The event is open to both civilian and military personnel, and will be run over the following distances:
- 5km run, with Open and Veterans categories
- 10km run, with Open and Veterans categories
- family Fun Run/Walk over 1.5km.
Supporting the Fun Run will be a fete with lots of activities, goodies and static displays to entertain the family.
