Welcome to the Centre for Army Lessons (CAL).

To find out more about the various sections within CAL please move your mouse cursor over the Collect, Analyse, and Disseminate in the above picture.

Mission:
CAL's mission is to collect, analyse, store and disseminate Army lessons in order to enhance war fighting capability.

Vision:
CAL will become the medium through which Army shares the knowledge of its people. It is not just a place where experience and ideas are captured but a domain for discussing experiences and for learning.

We are maintaining a collection of documents which are published on the CAL Defence Intranet Site. However the amount of information that is allowed to be published on this internet site is strictly limited. If you need to find out information on a certain topic you may visit the CAL Defence Intranet Site. If you do not have access to the above site you may contact us via email.

WE NEED YOUR INPUT!
A major aspect of CAL's purpose is to collect your experiences. This is then sent to the analysis team where recurring and common experiences can have valid conclusions drawn from them. A complete list of information required and templates that you can use to supply this information is found within
Army Knowledge Online.
