GRANTS & AWARDS
ARMY HISTORY RESEARCH GRANTS SCHEME

The Army History Research Grants Scheme supports research into the role and involvement of the Australian Army in the development of the nation. The scheme has been in operation since 1992.

Applications are invited for financial assistance for the 2008-2009 financial year to support research into the history of the Australian Army. Priority will be given to projects addressing military strategy and operations, military social history and military heritage.

Grants range to a maximum of $15,000 in the financial year and will be awarded by the Army after academic assessment.

Applications for 2007-2008 grants close 29 February 2008
