The Role of SCMA
Contribute to Army's combat capability by staffing the Army soldier establishment in accordance with strategic guidance and implement other rank personnel management policies with particular responsibilities for Career Management and Personnel Support, Promotion, Posting, Separation, Transition, Enlistment, Retention, Course Panelling and the provision of personnel planning and workforce data.
Contribute to Army Personnel Branch policy initiatives and developments.
Maintain a complete record of service of all members and ex members of the Army and undertake to release such information in accordance with Government and Defence regulations.
