Commander's Report

Tasks.

• Manage the Careers of All ARA soldiers.
• Manage the Enlistment, Transition and Separation of All ARA soldiers.
• Manage the placement of ARA soldiers on courses.
• Maximise the use of personnel information management systems (PIMS, PMKeyS) to manage soldiers within ARA.
• Contribute to the Personnel Branch Communications Plan.
• Provide information on ex-serving soldiers to Army, ADF and external agencies IAW FOI policy.
• Effectively contribute to the ROG system and Ministerial Inquiries to ensure equitable and satisfactory outcomes for the soldier and Defence.
