The RAAMC ASSOCIATION

The RAAMC Association was conceived from a RAAMC Corps Committee iniative. It acts a a conduit between the Corps Committee and the RAAMC Unit Associations. Membership of the RAAMC Association is free if you are a serving member and are financial with your Corps Subscriptions. The aim of the RAAMC Association is to foster esprit-de-corps among serving Regular and Reserve Members, former members and the veteran community. The National President is MAJ John Straskye, SO2 RAAMC Heritage and a sitting member of the RAAMC Corps Committee. The Association is independent from the RAAMC Corps Committee and Incorporated in NSW with the Department of Fair Trading. The Patron of the RAAMC Association is MAJGEN "Digger" James AC AO(Mil)MBE MC. The RAAMC Association encourages members who have served in a RAAMC Unit to join that RAAMC Unit Association if that Unit has an Association. The RAAMC Association has a website (www.raamc.org) which is arguably the best available which is updated daily and contains multi-media unavailable on Comweb (this site). The site has a guestbook for those who wish to catch up with lost mates or make their independant and personal comments.
