• Gold Coast and surrounding area residents are the first in Australia to have access to this model within the Army Reserve.

• Accelerated Training provides approximately six months ongoing employment and tax free pay under this model.

• Accelerated Training offers a unique opportunity for personnel to progress quickly through Army Reserve Training.

• Employers can receive financial support for releasing an employee to participate in this model.

• Army Reserve service provides personal and professional benefits to soldiers and their employers.

• Those who complete Accelerated Training have an ongoing part-time job with the Gold Coast's Army Reserve unit, 25/49 RQR, and can access the excellent benefits of Reserve service including tax free pay.
