This order of dress is the ceremonial parade dress, including mounted parades, other than
AFV parades, when the wearing of a jacket is appropriate.

Notes
(a) Not worn when overseas or when on ceremonial parade with other corps or Service contingent(s).
(b) Officer and Warrant Officer Class 1 (WO1) (for senior officers see ASOD volume 2, Part 2, Chapter 1).
(c) Ribbons only are worn when on regimental duties.
(d) Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2), Staff Sergeant (SSGT), Sergeant (SGT) of the Royal Australian Infantry
(RA Inf) and authorised members of the Corps of Staff Cadets and Officer Cadets.
(e) Worn by members of the Royal Australian Armoured Corps (RAAC) when carrying Lances.
(f) Worn by officers and WO1 when ordered.
(g) When worn, white sling is to be used if carrying weapons.
