High Readiness Reserve (HRR)

The HRR will provide specified individual and collective capabilities to support, sustain and reinforce Army's operational forces. This force will comprise of Army Reserve (ARes) members who possess the agreed Hardened and Networked Army Training Mode; (HTM) competencies relevant to their employment category and are available for voluntary deployment on operations at short notice.

HRR members will be posted to an ARes unit that will administratively support them while simultaneously being attached to their supported unit or formation. They will fulfill a range of tasks, which are dictated by ARA unit establishments.
