APA-B Contact Centre - Gallipoli Barracks

An APA-B contact centre will be established at Gallipoli Barracks in order to facilitate career management and support retention initiatives for Reserve (AR) personnel within SQ region.

The role of the APA-B Contact Centre will be to provide an on base access point for generalist career advice in order to allow reserve members to better manage their own careers thereby increasing their career satisfaction and retention. The Centre would also provide a point of contact for ARA members wishing to transfer to the AR.

The contact centre will be collocated with the 7 Bde Recruiting Cell at the front gate of Gallipoli Barracks and will be manned Tue 1800 – 2000 h, Thur 1300 – 1500 h and Sat 1000 - 1200 h to allow maximum access by reserve members.

Enquiries about the contact centre are to be directed to Soldier Career Management Centre APA-B on 32334282 or via 7 Brigade Recruiting Cell (TBA).

The Standby Reserve Co-odination cell has been renamed the "Army National Standby Reserve Agency".
Being a member of the Army Standby Reserve it is requirement for you to report annually to Army National Standby Reserve Agency or your region APA's to confirming or update your personal details.
