Headquarters

Headquarters runs the entire Squadron. It organises training, plans and conducts excercises and operations. It is located at Holsworthy in Sydney.

Organisation

Headquarters comprises of the Officer Commanding, usually of the rank of Major. The OC maintains overall command of the Squadron and reports directly to the Commanding Officer of the Battalion. The Second in Command is usually a Captain who is responsible for the administration of the unit. The Company Sergeant Major is the senior soldier of the unit and advises the Officer Commanding in all aspects of soldier life. The unit has a regular Army Warrant Officer who arranges all aspects of training and day to day operations in conjunction with the Operations officers, usually a reserve Lieutenant.
