to 41 RNSWRThe 41st Battalion, Royal New South Wales Regiment (41 RNSWR), is an Army General Reserve Infantry Battalion. We provide paid, part-time military training to Australian citizens. Members of our Battalion include:
Workplace Skills
Soldiers in the Army Reserve gain skills from Reserve service that enhances their ability to get a job or improve those skills relevant in the workplace. Employers seeking more information on the benefits of having Reservists in their workplace should read our information for employers.

Propsective recruits are encouraged to drop into one of our depots on any Tuesday Night after 7pm to see what we do through talking with our Recruiting Officers or asking a serving member what it's like to be an Army Reservist.
