The Stepping Into....Program was established by the Australian Employer's Network on Disability. It is designed to support students to 'step into' work.

The program provides work experience for university students with disability in the fields of law, accounting, information technology, human resource management and marketing. Defence supports this program by providing a number of work placements each year. All final year university students with disability studying a course relevant to the programs are eligible to apply.
