ANZAC Day 2008
06 May 2008 Catafalque Party Commander is Sergeant Stuart McGregor, while Sentries are Trooper Karl Thomas, Sapper Jason Corradi, Sig Alan Reid and Sig S. Private Jim Savage is in reserve and the flag orderly is Sig W. New Zealand Defence Force and other coalition guests also joined in the service. Camp Baker is the Australian base at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Units at the base include a detachment from 5th Aviation Regiment (5 Avn Regt). The base is named after Trooper Baker, 5 Avn Regt, who was killed in the Black Hawk crash in 1996. |
