ADELAIDE

Dawn Service

The Anzac Day Dawn Service will be held at 6.15am on Sunday 25 April 2004 at the State War Memorial, Cnr North Terrace and Kintore Ave. Those wishing to attend are advised to arrive prior to 6.00am.

Anzac Day March

The March will begin at 9.30am from the State War Memorial and proceed down North Terrace and King William Street to the Cross of Sacrifice in Pennington Gardens, North Adelaide. After the completion of the March (approx. 11.30am) there will be a Remembrance Service at the Cross of Sacrifice.

BRISBANE

Dawn Service

The Anzac Day Dawn Service will commence at 4.28am, Sunday 25 April 2004, at Anzac Memorial Square, Adelaide Street. The service will conclude at 5am. For further details about the ceremony please contact the Diggers Association on telephone: (07) 3844 3620.

Anzac Day March

The service will be followed by an Anzac Day March, commencing 10am at the top of Queen Street Mall in George Street. The March will progress through George Street and Adelaide Street. CANBERRA

Each year on 25 April ceremonies are held at the Australian War Memorial (Treloar Cres, top of Anzac Parade Campbell) to commemorate Anzac Day.

Dawn Service

The Dawn Service will commence at 5.30am on the Parade Ground and conclude at approx. 6.00am.

The National Anzac Day Ceremony

The ceremony on the Parade Ground will commence at 10.15am and conclude at approx. 12.00pm. Visitors are advised to arrive prior to 10.00am. The ceremony will include an Anzac Day March down Anzac Parade. After the ceremony members of the public will be invited to lay a flower on the Tomb of the Unknown Australian Soldier. DARWIN

There will be a service at the Darwin Cenotaph on Sunday 25 April 2005 at 6:00am.

FREEMANTLE

The Dawn Service at Monument Hill in Fremantle will commence at 5.50am and conclude at approx. 6.40am. For further details please contact the Fremantle Legacy Club (08) 9335 2764.

HOBART

Dawn Service

The Dawn Service in Hobart will be held at 6am at the Cenotaph on the Domain. The service will conclude at approx. 6.15am. Parking is available at the Regatta grounds, next to the Cenotaph.

Anzac Day March The Anzac Day March will commence at 11am from the corner of Elizabeth and Macquarie Street next the Town Hall. The March will arrive at the Hobart Cenotaph on the Domain between 11.10 and 11.30am.

Anzac Day Commemorative Ceremony

The Anzac Day commemorative ceremony will commence at 11.35am at the Hobart Cenotaph, on the Domain, concluding at 12.15pm.

LAUNCESTON

Dawn Service

The Dawn Service in Launceston will begin at approx. 5.50am at the Royal Park Cenotaph. The service will conclude at 6.15am.

Anzac Day March The Anzac Day March in Launceston commences at 10.15am from Prince's Square, Charles Street, to Patterson Street, arriving at the Cenotaph at Royal Park at approx. 11am. The service is expected to conclude at 12.15pm.

Parking is available for the general public at Patterson Street West Car Park from 5.30am until 12.30pm at a cost of $2.

MELBOURNE

Dawn Service

The Dawn Service will be held at 6am, Sunday 25 April 2004, on the northern side of the Shrine of Remembrance. Those wishing to attend are advised to arrive before 5.45am.

Gunfire Breakfast

The RSL conducts a "Gunfire Breakfast" on the service road outside the Victoria Barracks, in St Kilda Road. The cost is $2.00 per head and the breakfast commences immediately on the conclusion of the Dawn Service (6.30am).

Anzac Day Parade The parade will commence at 9.00am at the Corner of Swanston Street and Flinders Street, moving through the city to the Shrine of Remembrance. For inquiries please phone (03) 9650 5050 or visit the RSL VIC Website.

PERTH

Dawn Service

An Anzac Day Dawn service will be held at 6am on Sunday 25 April 2004 at the State War Memorial in King's Park. The service will be followed by an Anzac Day Parade and service at 9.20am in the CBD. SYDNEY

Dawn Service

The Dawn Service will be held at the Cenotaph, Martin Pace, at 4.30am on Sunday 25 April 2004. Those wishing to attend are advised to arrive prior to 4.15am. The service will conclude at 5.30am. Wreath-laying Service

A Wreath-laying Service will be held at 8.30am at the Cenotaph, Martin Place and will conclude at approx. 8.50am. For further details please contact the RSL NSW State Headquarters on: (02) 9264 8188.

Royal Australian Regiment Association (RARA) Commemorative Service

The RARA Commemorative Service will be held at Regimental Square, George Street at 8.30am, concluding at 9am. The service is mainly attended by infantry but all are welcome. For further details please contact Mr. Ross Horne, Secretary RARA on: (02) 9153 7364.

Anzac Day March

Commemorative Service, Anzac Memorial

Sunset Service

The Anzac Day Sunset Service will be held at the Cenotaph, Martin Place at 5pm concluding at 5.30pm. For further details please contact the RSL NSW State Headquarters on (02) 9264 8188.

Note: Kings Parking will have two parking stations opened from 4am on Anzac Day. The two stations are located at: 60 Elizabeth Street, Sydney: $15 flat rate all day 383 Kent Street, Sydney: $12 flat rate all day.
