Under Training Workforce Management (UTW) section is responsible for panelling all under training personnel into their respective Ab Initio training, Initial Employment Training (IET) and Post Initial Employment Training (PIET). As well, the UTW section also panels all PMET courses and manages all tertiary sponsored study at ADFA as well as through the undergraduate and civil schooling schemes.
