Personnel Information Services Cell

The Personnel Information Services Cell (PISC) is responsible for liaising with Defence Groups to coordinate the provision of routine personnel administration to ADF members, maintaining the Database of personnel administered by ADFPC-C, developing and maintaining the unit Web Sites; drafting and distributing Routine Orders and Information Circulars and providing computer support to our personnel.

ADF Location Database

The PISC provides a database for ADFPC-C administration. The database contains information on location, contact details and Group details of ADF personnel. Reports are generated from the database for mess nominal rolls, March-In, March-Out checklists and nominal rolls.

Routine Orders & Information Circulars

Routine Orders and Information Circulars are now provided on Bulletin Boards on the CRISP Network and as PDF files on the intranet Website. Paper copies of Routine Orders and Information Circulars will no longer be provided.

PMKeyS Module Administrator's (MA's)

The PMKeyS Module Administrators (MA's) are the first point of contact for Navy and Air Force PMKeyS users. MA's will be responsible for:

  • acting as first point of contact for site-specific user problems and passing information to the PMKeyS Customer Support Centre (PCSC);
  • mentoring existing users and assisting with PMKeyS on-the-job training; and
  • arranging training for current and future PMKeyS users.

The ADFPC-C has two MA's. For a list of MA's around Australia, please visit the ADFPC-C Intranet in the same section (Personnel Information).
