The Personnel Information Services Cell (PISC) is
responsible for liaising with Defence Groups to coordinate
the provision of routine personnel administration
to ADF members, maintaining the Database of personnel
administered by ADFPC-C, developing and maintaining
the unit Web Sites; drafting and distributing Routine
Orders and Information Circulars and providing computer
support to our personnel.
ADF Location Database
The PISC provides a database for ADFPC-C administration.
The database contains information on location, contact
details and Group details of ADF personnel. Reports
are generated from the database for mess nominal rolls,
March-In, March-Out checklists and nominal rolls.
Routine Orders & Information Circulars
Routine Orders and Information Circulars are now
provided on Bulletin Boards on the CRISP Network
and as PDF files on the intranet Website. Paper
copies of Routine Orders and Information Circulars
will no longer be provided.
PMKeyS Module Administrator's (MA'S)
The PMKeyS Module Administrator's (MA'S) are the
first point of contact for Navy and Air Force PMKeyS
users. MA'S will be responsible for:
acting as first point of contact for site-specific
user problems and passing information to the PMKeyS
Customer Support Centre (PCSC); mentoring existing
users and assisting with PMKeyS on-the-job training;
and arranging training for current and future PMKeyS
users. The ADFPC-C has two MA'S. For a list of MA'S
