Canberra Region Chaplaincy Services
- Air Force, a branch of the Director General Chaplaincy
- Air Force, tasked to provide chaplaincy services
to all RAAF members and their families working and
residing in the Canberra Region.
Chaplains are acutely aware of the
pressures on RAAF members and their families, in particular
the stress of dislocation and the loss of the extended
family as a support network. The chaplains are here
to offer you pastoral and emotional support.
Irrespective of your location, Russell
Offices, Campbell Park, Tuggeranong, Fyshwick, Northbourne
House, NCC, Anzac Park Defence or some other establishment
in the Canberra region, these Chaplains are keen to
meet with you individually or as a section in the
workplace over a brew for a chat. If you need pastoral
care, religious ministry, or an ear to bend, please
do not hesitate to take the initiative and contact

the form is to be forwarded to 28SQN for approval.
Holiday Resorts
Service owned holiday resorts available
for use by both serving and retired members of Australia's
Defence Force and their families are throughout Australia
and New Zealand (via reciprocal arrangements with
the New Zealand Defence Force). Details on the location
of these holiday resorts, their facilities, settings,
tariffs, eligibility for use criteria and booking
procedures.

are of high quality and are centrally located in Surfers
Paradise. Overnight and weekend rates are available
if occupancy permits. Local bylaws dictate that the
maximum number of people permitted to stay in two
bedroom apartments is four (4) and three bedroom apartments
is six (6).
Tuscany Apartments

(02) 6495 3845. Bookings are not necessarily restricted
from Saturday to Saturday so discuss your requirements
with our managers. Tuscany Apartments are of high
quality and ideally located on a peninsula within
equal short walking distance of the ocean and Lake.
Overnight and weekend rates are available if occupancy
permits. Linen hire is also available. Please nominate
RAAF Holiday Apartments when contacting the managers
of Tuscany Apartments.
Surfside on the Beach Resort (QLD Sunshine Coast)

just south of Mooloolaba, on the Qld Sunshine Coast.
Boasting three swimming pools (one heated during
winter) and private access to the beach, the resort
