Housing
Service residences in the ACT are widely spread throughout
Canberra suburbs. There are service residences
in Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra. Duntroon has a limited
number of houses. Due
to the limited number of Service residences available
it may be necessary to seek out accommodation on the
rental market. For more information contact the FLOs.
The
Defence Housing Authority (DHA) provides a professional
relocation service to ADF personnel and Defence Families.
This includes managing Defence homes, allowances for
personnel in rental accommodation and relocating personnel
and their families each year.
