For those ADF personnel with an Engineering qualification programs of study in Environmental Engineering and Resource Policy & Management are available in the Graduate Certificate in Natural Resources and the Graduate Diploma in Natural Resources. These qualifications form an articulation pathway to the Master of Environmental Management or the Master of Natural Resources. |
Programs in Electronics/Physics and Mathematics/Statistics are also available in the Graduate Diploma in Science. It is possible to articulate from the GradDipSc to the Master of Scientific Studies. Once again, study programs and advanced standing will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The Army's Army Tertiary Education Program, ATEP, provides administrative and tutorial support for Army students in their first year of study at UNE. Sponsored students will be provided with assistance with the enrolment process, provision of prescribed textbooks for the units of study and the payment of fees on their behalf for one year.
