Light Luncheon
Following the Parade, a light luncheon will be served in the Academy Cadets Mess from 11.30am to 1.00pm for all graduates. Each graduate is entitled to invite five guests to the luncheon. Entry into the luncheon is dependent on producing yellow entry cards, which will be given to the graduating cadets four weeks prior to the Parade - it is cadet's responsibility to forward these entry cards to their guests. It is important that these cards are secured and brought with you on the day.
Guests with yellow entry cards are requested to enter the Cadets Mess via the lower level doors, adjacent to the Parade ground.
The Academy has a coffee shop on site which is also open on Graduation Day, should additional guests require lunch.
Wet Weather Program
In the event of wet weather, a decision to cancel the Parade will be made at 8.00am (please note; the official ceremony may still take place - see below). Local radio stations will be advised of the cancellation, or alternatively you may contact the ADFA Coordination Cell on (02) 6268 8519 for confirmation.
If a decision is made to hold the ceremony indoors, only two guests will be allowed due to the seating capacity in Adams Hall. Two of the five yellow tickets will be stamped with 'wet weather', which you will need to present upon entry to Adams Hall.
