Hello and welcome to the new Shedden Papers.
There are two additions assessing security issues in Australia's close neighbourhood; Papua New Guinea, and what has been called the 'arc of instability', as well as a paper on Civil Military Relations, and a 'work-in-progress' annotated bibliography on Joint Professional Military Education.
Views expressed in the Shedden Papers are solely those of the individual authors. They are not necessarily those of their governments and should not be considered as the official endorsement of factual accuracy, opinion, conclusion or recommendation of those governments or departments. They should be construed only as the author's own personal opinion.
I trust you will enjoy these new readings from the CDSS
