ELIGIBILITY

Membership is open to all graduates and staff of the Centre for Defence and Strategic Studies and the Australian Command and Staff College (from and including 2001) and their antecedent and successor Institutions. Australians who are graduates of equivalent overseas institutions or courses are also welcome as Members.

Membership fees are currently charged at $150 for Life Membership.

There are currently over 4,400 graduates and Directing Staff on the ADCA database, of whom 1,100 are life members. Apart from Australia, graduates have come from 29 other countries.

There are two current Honorary Life Members of the ADCA:

• Former Minister for Defence - Honourable Kim Beazley AC
• Mr Jerry Bishop – Former Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary ADCA
