Strategic Evaluation and Review

The Strategic Evaluation and Review (SER) Section exists to support strategic decision-making about education and training within the Command. This goal is achieved by performing research and reporting findings and recommendations about the efficiency and effectiveness of education and training programs conducted across the Command.

• Supports strategic decision-making about education and training at the Australian Defence College;
• Conducts research and reports findings and recommendations about education and training to COMADC;
• Evaluates efficiency and effectiveness;
• Education and training (E&T) programs conducted by the ADFWC, CDSS, ACSC and ADFA;
• Administrative policies, processes and organisational structures supporting the delivery of E&T programs;
• Analyses education and training requirements of stakeholders;
• Reviews curricula of E&T programs conducted by the ADC;
• Reviews effectiveness of governance and accreditation arrangements supporting the education and training course members at the ADC.
