Who is the Learning Delivery Directorate?

The Learning Delivery Directorate (formerly known as CTAD) is focused on providing efficient and effective delivery of Joint, Common, and APS training. Our role is to facilitate the delivery of face to face training on behalf of Business Process Owners across Defence.

The services that we provide include internal facilitation of PMKeyS, ROMAN and BORIS systems training to the whole of Defence as well as the internal facilitation of 'Understanding Defence' for our new starters. LDD procure and manage the delivery of Procurement, Financial, WHS and Management & Administration courses. We also administer the marketing, enquiries, nominations and panelling of all these courses.
