KAZ has more than 10 years' experience in providing simulation solutions to Defence, specialising in the use of commercial off-the-shelf software and desktop technologies.
Our emphasis is on high quality, yet affordable systems that directly support training requirements.
A recent example of this is a Radar and Electronic Warfare Simulator and Trainer (REWST) developed for, and now in service with, the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).
REWST is a classroom-based simulation training aid developed to reflect the latest technology fitted to the RAAF's AP-3C Orion maritime surveillance aircraft.
Sensors simulated include:
- the advanced imaging radar
- electronic support measures
- identification friend or foe
- magnetic anomaly detector
- acoustic sensors
As with the majority of KAZ simulation products, REWST can be modified to reflect the specific requirements of clients with similar training and simulation needs.
