Operational Solutions Management (OSM) has limited affiliations with Australian and overseas commercial and defence contractors, which promote sharing of engineering expertise, systems design methodologies and, naturally preferred sub-contracting arrangements.

• System engineering, software development & engineering management: OSM has a proven track record over 10 years of providing specialist commercial and defence expertise in system engineering and software.
• Defence combat systems – In Service Support (ISS): OSM performs submarine and shore-based maintenance, installation, training and logistic support.
• Surface vessel maintenance services: OSM has utilised its defence ISS expertise and experience to extend its maintenance services to communications and electronic maintenance services to both commercial and naval surface and sub-surface vessels.

OSM has held accreditation from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance under AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 since September 1998. The company is totally committed to implementing and maintaining the OSM Quality Management System (QMS), based on ISO 9001.
