Scope of Services and List of Companies, Contacts
Each Scope of Services attached to the Panel Agreement;
represents minimum and general requirements only for the relevant Services and does not limit the Consultant's obligations under any Engagement;
is intended to provide a basis for tailoring to the requirements of individual Engagements, by the Commonwealth making such additions, deletions or other changes to the Scope of Services in preparing the relevant Brief for a specific Engagement as are necessary to reflect the requirements of the relevant Engagement; and
may be amended by the Commonwealth from time to time in order to reflect changes in policy, operational requirements or Statutory Requirements.
Where an Engagement is for any Other Commonwealth Agency and the relevant Scope of Services refers to Defence policies, standards, practices, Statutory Requirements or other Defence specific requirements, the Scope of Services may be amended to apply to the Other Commonwealth Agency and its relevant policies, standards, practices, or other requirements.
Nothing in the Scope of Services or a Brief will be taken to limit or otherwise affect the Consultant's obligations or liabilities under the Panel Agreement or the Terms of Engagement.
Acoustics and Airfield Pavement Services are structured with 4 service elements and Panel members have been selected on their capability to deliver either all or some of the services.
Spatial Information is structured with 3 service elements and Panel members have been selected on their capability to deliver either all or some of the services.
Engagement under the panel for these Services is to occur only where a Yes appears on the Spreadsheet Matrix. A link within the Matrix will provide you with the relevant element against the Statement of Service for that company.
Roles of Services DCAP and Project DCAP
The Services DCAP is the detailed consultant's activities proposal prepared by way of a general response to the Scope of Services.
The Project DCAP is the detailed consultant's activities proposal prepared by way of specific response to the Brief with respect to a specific request for proposal.
The Services DCAP does not limit:
the Services required to be performed; or
the Project DCAP required to be provided,
by the Consultant under any Engagement.
Schedule of Rates and Subconsultancy Arrangements
Where the Consultant seeks to
engage another Panel Consultant from the Panel as a subconsultant; or
enter into a subconsultancy with another Panel Consultant,
to carry out any part of the Services required for an Engagement under the Panel, the hourly/daily rates in the Schedule of Rates will apply.
