What is the Nature of your injury or illness?

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

What role has sport played in your rehabilitation?

Sport has allowed me to make connections to people that I had not been able to make in a very long time.

What is your greatest achievement to date?

Teaching kids self-defence, because it gives them confidence.

Why did you apply for the Invictus Games 2018?

Because of the amazing experience I had at the Games last year.

What will “winning” look like for you at these Games?

The Invictus Games is a great opportunity to meet new people and form new friendships.

The person I most admire is…

My parents, Ron and Vivienne, because they are just really really good people. We call Mum the Champion of Little Causes because she’s always helping people who other people might not notice.
