What is the Nature of your injury or illness?

I have an ongoing illness which I am actively managing.

What role has sport played in your rehabilitation?

Participating in sport has had a positive contribution to enhancing my overall general health and wellbeing.

What is your greatest achievement to date?

On a personal level, it is my young family. With sport, it is swimming the English Channel in 2014.

Why did you apply for the Invictus Games 2018?

To improve my overall health.

What will “winning” look like for you at these Games?

At the end of the Games I would like to look back on this year and see a big improvement in my mental and physical state.
