What is the Nature of your injury or illness?

Depression, panic and anxiety disorder.

What role has sport played in your rehabilitation?

It has allowed me to focus on things other than the negativity that is currently in my life. It has allowed me to achieve goals both in sport and weight loss.

What is your greatest achievement to date?

Eighteen years’ service in the Army and my three children.

Why did you apply for the Invictus Games?

I wanted to be part of a team which is all-inclusive and supportive whether you win, lose or draw.
