ADF Service: Joined the Army in 1995 as an Infantry Rifleman before becoming an Infantry Platoon Commander. I served in East Timor in 2000 before discharging in 2001.

What is the Nature of your injury or illness?

Health issues resulting from my deployment.

What role has sport played in your rehabilitation?

Sport has been critical in keeping me physically active and engaged with the community, while greatly assisting in my ongoing rehabilitation.

What is your greatest achievement to date?

Graduating from the Royal Military College - Duntroon and gaining my education degree at the Queensland University of Technology.

Why did you apply for the Invictus Games?

I wanted to challenge myself, and have a focus and a purpose. I wanted to use sport to assist with my recovery and represent my country.
