On 3 April 2017, the Commonwealth Department of Health released Health Based Guidance Values for PFAS that were developed by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ). All reports issued since that date refer to these guidance values. Any report published prior to this date should be read within the context of the revised FSANZ guidelines.

Water Use Survey

This Water Use Survey has been designed as part of the RAAF Base Wagga Environmental Investigation to collect information about water supply and use on properties around the base.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary and you do not have to provide an answer to each question if you choose not to.

This information is being collected by Jacobs on behalf of Defence. Your response will inform Defence’s investigation of the environmental conditions in the RAAF Base Wagga investigation area. Supply of this information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide this information, Defence will not be able to take into account your specific circumstances.

The information you provide may be shared with Defence’s technical advisors, relevant government agencies and organisations, and business entities directly involved in the environmental assessment program. Such organisations may include but are not limited to:

  • NSW Environment Protection Authority
  • NSW Department of Health
  • NSW Department of Primary Industries
