The DIDP / AIDP is a five and a half month residential course that focuses on six key areas:
By the end of the course you will have the skills, knowledge and attitude to continue on with a full-time career in the ADF. What's more, we'll pay you for everyday you're on the course.
If you decide that a full- time career in the ADF is not for you, then opportunities in the Australian Defence Force Reserves or other choices may be open to you.
If you are interested in an ADF career and wish to be considered for the DIDP/AIDP you should contact Defence Force Recruiting and commence an application to enlist with the Australian Defence Force.
Alternately you can ring 131901 to discuss your opportunities with one of the Defence Force Recruiting staff or submit an enquiry through the Defence Force Recruiting 'Contact Us' page
