Branch Description
The PPEC Branch is responsible for developing and implementing policies relating to salaries, allowances and conditions of employment for military and civilian personnel, including personnel management for civilian staff consistent with the strategic and corporate requirements of the Defence Organisation and the Government's public sector reforms.
