This Part sets out these matters. |

What a member's suitable home is. |
|
|

When a member who owns a suitable home at their posting location may or may not be entitled to housing assistance. |

Normally, a member who owns a suitable home at their posting location is not entitled to housing assistance. They may be entitled to assistance if one of these things happens. |

The home becomes unsuitable. |
|
|
|
b. |
The home is unavailable to live in when the member is posted to the location. |
|
|
c. |
The member is required by their Service to occupy another home. See: Clauses 7.5.16 to 18. |
