Means the corresponding rank ascertained in accordance with Regulation 8 of the Defence Force Regulations 1952 as in force from time to time. |

4. |
This Determination applies to a member of the Reserves who: |

(a) |
holds the rank of Major, or a lower rank; and |
|
|
(b) |
... |
|
|
(c) |
is required to and attends for duty on a day. |
|
5. |
For each day or part day for which salary is payable to the member, Reserve Allowance of $12.52 is payable to the member. |
