Cooking Master Class - Peyek, 14 March 2014
The first of a series of cooking 'master classes' began last week at DITC with a demonstration of how to prepare a favourite Indonesian snack called Peyek, a deep-fried batter base flavoured with chopped lime leaves, crushed raw peanuts, garlic paste and dried prawn skin. Mmmm... thanks to Atin for her time and for sharing her culinary skills.
