Transition Support Services
Defence is committed to ensuring that the men and women of the ADF, and their families, are provided with exemplary support services throughout their career, particularly at times of separation. Defence’s commitment is encapsulated in CDF/SEC Joint Directive 08/2007.
To ensure members and their families receive access to important information DTSS has launched two websites:
1. an internet site designed to provide important transition support information and resources directly to ADF members and their families; and
2. an intranet site designed to provide important transition support information and resources for the use of Transition Support Practitioners and Commanders.
