Throughout the project development process there are many occasions when Desk Officers will have the need to refer to a range of publications to assist them with developing their projects. The list of documents provided below is by no means exhaustive and Desk Officers finding a regular need for a particular publication that isn't listed should contact the web master to have the appropriate link added.
