Agency Engagement
In order to assist Desk Officers with developing their projects and producing the necessary paperwork for First and Second Pass, the Support Services section within Maritime Development facilitate engagement with a number of specialist agencies within Defence. The aim of this link is to reduce Desk Officer workload and to provide single points of contact for a range of agencies who will need to have either direct or indirect involvement in Integrated Project Teams (IPT).
Desk Officers should review their project needs on a regular basis and engage the relevant agencies through the appropriate Support Services contact as detailed in the diagrams below. Support Services staff are available to offer advice and assistance as required and should be considered for IPT membership as necessary, dependent on their particular areas of expertise.
