New RMC Steamboat Stompers

This exciting group of musicians, playing a varied mix of traditional and Dixieland music, was formed in 2006. The group grew from an original group of RMC Cadets during the 1950's called the Steamboat Stompers. This original group played many gigs around Canberra, whilst undertaking their military studies.

The New RMC Steamboat Stompers are also undertaking a schedule of engagements that will see them perform at Jazz Festivals around the country, in support of charity events, at Dinners, other College activities and generally used as a promotion for the RMC Band.
