  • The Coastal Artillery Branch of RAA was disbanded with an order that deleted the coastal artillery role and disbanded coastal artillery units.

  • In Operation Santa Fe, 2 RAR and 7 RAR operated with with the US 9th and ARVN 18th Divisions in the north east area of Phouc Tui province, South Vietnam. The operation last to 18 November 1967, Australian losses were 3 killed and 11 wounded.
