Amberley 2029 Australian Noise Exposure Forecast

The Department of Defence is preparing a new draft Australian Noise Exposure Forecast (ANEF) for RAAF Base Amberley for the year 2029

The new map is being produced to provide residents, landowners and land planning agencies with updated information about aircraft noise near Amberley

The new 2029 ANEF will replace the current 2006 ANEF and will include updated military activity forecasts and new aircraft types. A comparison map of the draft ANEF and the 2006 ANEF is available.

Defence is committed to providing honest and accurate information about aircraft noise.  The ANEF is one of the tools used by Defence to share aircraft noise information.
