RAAF Base Darwin and Robertson Barracks 2042 Australian Noise Exposure Forecast

The RAAF Base Darwin Australian Noise Exposure Forecast (ANEF) is being updated for 2042.

The Department of Defence is preparing a new Australian Noise Exposure Forecast (ANEF) for RAAF Base Darwin and Robertson Barracks for the year 2042.

The new map is being produced to meet Airports Act (1996) requirements for the next Darwin International Airport Master Plan and will provide residents, landowners and land planning agencies with updated information about aircraft noise in Darwin.

The new 2042 ANEF will replace the current ANEF and will include both military and civil aviation activity

Community information sessions will be held once the new ANEF is prepared.
