RAAF Curtin is a ‘bare base’ and does not have any permanent aircraft.
RAAF Curtin is designed to be activated from a bare base to a fully operational base with little or no notice.
Flying at RAAF Curtin depends on the status of the base. As a bare base, there are few flights. However, when activated, RAAF Curtin can see significant aircraft activity.
Where possible, major exercises and training activities will be available on the Air Force website.
