Signals Cell - Training Command Army

Mission

The Signals Cell is to direct RA Sigs Employment Categories, Army CISEW individual training and doctrine development in order to enable Army's CISEW capability.

About the Signals Cell

The Signals Cell is staffed with senior RA Sigs officers and warrant officers. Collectively the staff have extensive experience of employment across Land Command, Special Operations Command and Training Command signals units as well as key signals appointments in the wider Army, Chief Information Officer Group, Defence Signals Directorate, Defence Materiel Organisation and Capability Development Group.

The Signals Cell is comprised of five sections and is home to the RA Sigs Corps Trade Managers. The five sections are:

Trade Management Section (including the Corps Trade Managers).
Employment Category Review Project.
Training Adviser Section.
Doctrine Section.
Corps Support Section.

The Cell remains engaged with the signals community outside TC-A, through several formal mechanisms including the Signals Curriculum Review Board, the Signals Doctrine Steering Group the RA Sigs Corps Conference and joint fora such as the Signals Intelligence and Communications and Information Systems Training Advisory Groups.
