Invitation to Register Interest (ITR) - Provision of a Force Generation & Synchronisation Tool for HQ Forces Command

Headquarters Forces Command (HQ FORCOMD) has a requirement for a Force Generation and Synchronisation Tool to enable the Organisation, Training, and equipping of Force Elements for operational availability.
It is proposed to conduct a Registration of Interest during September / October 2009 in order to identify suitably qualified and interested parties capable of supplying the subject requirement.
